At OptiSocialz, we respect your right to control your personal information. If you wish to delete your account or request that your data be removed from our systems, please follow the steps below.
1. What Data Deletion Means
When you request data deletion:

Your account will be permanently removed.

All personal information associated with your account will be deleted.

Any connected social accounts, analytics history, saved settings, posts, and interactions will be removed from our platform.

Certain non-personal or aggregated data may be retained for internal reporting, security, or legal compliance.
Data deletion is irreversible.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
You may delete your data in either of the following ways:
Method 1: In-App Account Deletion
If account deletion is enabled on your dashboard:

Log in to your OptiSocialz account.

Navigate to Settings or Account Management.

Click Delete Account or Request Data Deletion.

Confirm your decision when prompted.

Your deletion request will be processed immediately or within 24–72 hours.
Method 2: Manual Deletion Request (Email)
If you prefer or cannot access your account:

Send an email to:
support@optisocialz.com (or your preferred support email) -
Use the subject line:
“Data Deletion Request – OptiSocialz” -
Include the following in your email:

Your full name
-
Registered email address
-
Username (if applicable)
-
Reason for deletion (optional)

Our team will verify your identity for security purposes.

Your data will be deleted within 72 hours after verification.
3. Verification Process
To protect users, we may require one of the following:

A confirmation email sent from the registered account

Proof of account ownership
-
Additional security questions
Requests from unverified sources will be declined.
4. Data We Cannot Delete Immediately
Certain information may be retained only when necessary:

Transaction records required by law

Security logs used for fraud prevention

Data needed to resolve disputes or enforce policies
This retained information is stored securely and isolated from active systems.
5. After Your Data Is Deleted
Once deletion is complete:

You will receive a confirmation email.

You will no longer have access to the account.

Recovery of deleted data will not be possible.

If you return, a new account will be required.
